Our office is contracted with most major insurance companies including Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Federal Employees, Great West, Health Net, Medicare, Tricare, UMR and United Healthcare. We are also contracted with Scripps Physicians Medical Group HMO policies. Please remember that insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company and ultimately the patient is responsible for payment in full. It is your responsibility to provide the most recent and up to date insurance information to our office and to know your own insurance benefits, including whether we are a contracted provider with your insurance company, your covered benefits and any exclusions in your insurance policy.
