The AlexLAZR is a powerful 755nm wavelength Q-switched Alexandrite laser that effectively treats tattoos, brown "liver" spots, and other pigmented skin lesions. This laser is incredibly effective at eradicating unwanted brown spots without damaging any normal surrounding skin.

The Alexandrite laser treats black, blue, dark green tattoo inks and a variety of pigmented lesions. Birthmarks including café-au-lait macules, Becker's nevi, congenital moles (nevi) and Nevi of Ota may be successfully reduced or eliminated with this laser.

The Alexandrite laser has an excellent safety record and a built in cooling system to help alleviate any discomfort during treatment and prevent any adverse skin effects.

The Vbeam laser is considered by many to be the gold standard of treatment for any red, vascular lesions on the face or body. With more than 300+ published clinical papers and 25 years of clinical experience, this pulsed dye laser delivers safe and effective treatments for a variety of common skin conditions including acne rosacea, facial redness with "broken capillaries", hypertrophic scars and keloids, redness of the neck and chest, acne vulgaris, leg veins, port wine stains and hemangiomas (red birthmarks), stretch marks and warts.

The Vbeam's innovation is the fact that the pulse duration of the laser (the amount of time the laser light is shining) may be varied depending upon the condition being treated so as to avoid bruising (purpura) or significant downtime. The patented Dynamic Cooling DeviceTM also helps reduce any discomfort during treatment as a cooling spray is emitted just prior to laser emission directly onto the skin surface.

The Smoothbeam 1450nm diode laser is one of the first devices developed and marketed specifically to address the root cause of acne - the sebaceous gland. Photodynamic Therapy with BLU-U
Acne and precancerous lesions (AK's)

The BLU-U Blue Light Photodynamic Therapy Illuminator is a noninvasive and pain-free blue light used to treat mild and moderate inflammatory acne vulgaris. This narrow band blue light causes a photodynamic effect within the oil glands (pilosebaceous units) that kills P. acnes, the primary bacteria responsible for acne.

The 417nm blue light activates photosensitizers within the P. acnes that creates a toxic environment within the sebaceous gland that inhibits the obstruction of the sebaceous follicle and therefore the formation of acne lesions. Treatment is performed weekly or biweekly for 5-10 sessions depending upon the severity of the acne. Maintenance treatments may also be performed after the initial series for maximum benefit. This treatment offers a simple, non-invasive option for patients with acne either as a stand-alone treatment or can be used in conjunction with other adjunctive skin care regimens.

The BLU-U device can be used to treat precancerous lesions, like actinic keratoses (AK's), and some superficial skin cancers, in conjunction with the topical application of a Levulan kerastick. This treatment, known as Photodynamic Therapy, can address not only medical concerns such as the precancerous ot cancerous lesions, but may also improve the texture, tone and color of the skin as well. Often these treatments are combined with either IPL or Vbeam laser treatments to further enhance the final cosmetic appearance of the skin.
